Poland’s Taddy Blazusiak has become big news during the past few years. With wins at Erzberg, the Las Vegas Endurocross and Last Man Standing in Texas, AMA Endurocross Championship and Indoor Enduro World Championship to his credit Poland’s enduro star is certainly here to stay. During the last few years Taddy Blazusiak has made a huge impression on the international enduro scene. Thanks to impressive wins at the Erzberg Rodeo, Endurocross in Las Vegas and Last Man Standing, not to mention highly impressive titles AMA Endurocross Champion and Indoor Enduro World Champion, the 28-year-old Pole has ensured that today everyone is talking about Taddy Blazusiak.

Taddy’s rise to the top has been as rapid as it has successful. With his ‘just for fun’ outing at 2007  Erzberg Rodeo resulting in him comfortably winning the infamous and gruelling race around the Iron Mountain, a factory KTM contract soon came his way, which has resulted in his life as a professional motorcycle rider changing from that day forward.

Winning the world’s toughest hare scramble race thrust Taddy into the limelight. An overnight enduro success, not only did he manage to win the race on borrowed machinery but he also made winning look easy.

As impressive as Taddy’s win was, and make no mistake about it he wiped the floor with each and every one of the expected race winners, when you consider than in ’06 he finished eighth in the World Trials Championship and he is 2004 European Trials Champion his achievements are a little easier understood.

Following Erzberg it was ‘make your mind up time’ for Taddy. A rider that had set his sights on becoming World Trials Champion since the age of 5, Taddy had to make the tough decision to leave trials behind and start a new career as an indoor and extreme enduro rider. It’s a decision he’s more than happy to have made.

What followed for Taddy in the months after Erzberg was a lot of hard work and countless hours riding an enduro bike. Taddy’s first major outing as an official factory KTM rider was the final round of the AMA Endurocross series in Las Vegas. The first time that Taddy would compete against the world’s fastest indoor rider – David Knight, it was a night Taddy will never forget. Winning the race, not only did the young Polish rider claim his first ever indoor enduro victory but he also became an instant hit with the US Endurocross fans.

Not content with claiming just one high profile race win in the States during his debut season Taddy returned to the US again in early December and notched up win number two at the Red Bull Last Man Standing event, held in Texas. Again tackling a course he’d never seen before, as well as taking on many of the State’s top ‘off-road’ racers, Taddy brought his factory KTM home ahead of the rest and once again proved himself to be a formidable extreme competitor.

With high expectations of continuing his highly impressive run of wining results Taddy, with the continued backing of KTM, will undoubtedly maintain his deserved position as one of the world’s premier extreme and indoor enduro riders – to prove this theory one should not forget about Taddy’s newst achievment – 2014 SUPERENDURO WORLD CHAMPION title

and 2013 AMA Endurocross Championship title.
